Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your order we are happy to accept returns (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas) and receive a full refund (excludes any shipping/postage charges)

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of the Kim Minchin Team.

Postage costs will only be refunded on faulty items.

Please note: No refunds will be issued for Gift Wrapping.
